What’s better than learning new things in history? – it’s experiencing some parts of it!
Elementary school kids had an opportunity to get introduced to the history in English language and also, learn through experience.
When covering the topic of Ancient Times and learning about the first settlements, we decided to become farmers ourselves!
That’s how the English, History, and Art lessons came together and created wonderful little gardens propagating seeds.
The process was fun – learning about what seeds and the parts of plants are, how to germinate them, and finally, how to enjoy the final product – OUR OWN GREEN GARDEN!
Of course, we like challenging ourselves, so we even decided to tackle the AVOCADO seed. Stay tuned, maybe it will give us a beautiful tree one day!
